I am an independent provider (out-of-network):

Each session: $150
I accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, and HSA cards.
Payment options can be discussed.

Missed Appointments: Please give 48 hours notice if you will be unable to attend, otherwise you will be charged $75 per missed appointment (not covered by insurance).

Insurance Reimbursement

Sessions with me are often still covered by insurance even though I do not accept/file insurance. Here’s how it works:

1. Payment in full is due to me at each appointment.
2. I will provide an itemized receipt for you to file with your insurance.
3. Your insurance company will send you a reimbursement check.
